Privacy Policy – n8n feed

Privacy Policy Effective Date: January 31, 2026

1. Introduction This Privacy Policy describes how the application “n8n feed” (hereinafter “the App”) collects, uses, and stores information when interacting with Facebook Pages managed by the owner. The App is created and used solely by the administrator of the connected Facebook Pages for internal analytical and monitoring purposes.

2. Data Collected The App receives data primarily from the public feed of the Facebook Pages managed by the owner. Specifically, the App may receive via Facebook Webhooks:

Public Comments: Text of comments posted by users on the Page’s posts.
Post Data: Information about posts created on the Page (content, timestamps).
User Identifier: Publicly available name and numerical Facebook User ID of the commenter.
Interaction Metadata: Timestamps of comments and edits.

The App does not collect passwords, private messages, email addresses (unless voluntarily provided in public text), or unrelated browser data.

3. Purpose of Data Use The received data is used exclusively to:

Monitor Community Activity: Track new comments and discussions on the managed Pages in real-time;
Content Analytics: Analyze engagement metrics (number of comments, active users) using internal automation tools (e.g., n8n, Google Sheets);
Automate Notifications: Notify the Page administrator about new activity to facilitate timely responses.

No data is sold, rented, or shared with third-party advertisers.

4. Data Storage and Security Data received through Facebook Webhooks is processed via secure, private automation workflows (n8n) controlled by the Page administrator.

Data may be temporarily processed or stored in internal databases (such as Google Sheets) for analytical reporting.
All data transmissions occur over secure HTTPS connections.

5. User Rights Users can delete their comments directly on Facebook at any time. Since the App reflects the data currently on the Facebook Page, deleting a comment on Facebook removes the primary source of the data. The App does not maintain a permanent shadow profile of users.

6. Data Sharing No data is shared with external services or individuals. The App operates entirely under the account of the Page administrator and adheres to Facebook’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

7. Changes to This Policy This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes in functionality or platform requirements. Updates will be posted on this page.
